Well, it is just something that popped into my mind yesterday, about what would your real life stats be if converted into the Pokémon format?
You can also think of move sets and types if you wish, but basically just say your base stats from 1-5( 1 being low, 3 being decent, and 5 being unusually high!), and explain why.  For example, here are mine:

HP:3.5  (If I'm hurt, it doesn't affect me much, I get over it a few minutes to a few days.)
Attack:3 (I'm not weak, but not anything special in strength)
Defense:5 ( I can take a lot of physical hits, it goes with my good HP stat so I can take blows no problem. Odd for me being skinny though...)
Special Attack: 1 ( I have terrible aim and terrible hand eye coordination, so it is abysmal )
Special Defense: 2,5 ( I'm not terrible at defending my self from projectiles if they hit, with terrible hand eye coordination again, it gives me a run for my money )
Speed:4 ( I can run pretty fast and deliver hits pretty fast, nothing much else to say.)

Moves:
Double slap ( Very low accuracy, but does a lot of damage if I hit)
Confuse ray ( I can confuse opponents about things to stop a fight from starting)
Screech ( I am a guy with an unnaturally high scream)
Fury attack or Double hit ( If I miss the first shot,  I don't forget I have another limb to counter their movement )

The way I see stats is like this:
Hp- Stamina
Attack- Strength
Defence- Defence...
Sp.attack- Knowledge
Sp.defence- Logic
Speed- Speed...

So my stats would be something like:
Hp - 75 I have decent stamina
Attack - 40 I'm pretty much weak
Defence - 50 I can take a hit or two
Sp.attack - 120 My friends say I'm pretty smart
Sp. Defence - 100 I'm not easily fooled and sometimes I can tell when somebody is about to do something but occasionally I make quick judgments. I also hope for things I later realise is unlikely.
Speed - 115 I'm very fast according to everyone in my year/grade and my P.E teacher.

My moves would be:
Psychic - Explained above
Dark Pulse - I can be horrible when I want to be although rarely. 
Nasty Plot - If I wanted to I could make a evil plan, not like those villains of course.
Chatter - I can be talkative at times and I confuse my friends sometimes.
