When I start a game it says the plug in is not installed and vie tried everything in the help like reinstall, restart computer, ect. Nothing please help!

I've got the same problem on firefox since I upgraded to Firefox 22, but it works fine with Chrome, it seems that the FF 22 doesn't work (for now) with RGR plugin, we may have to wait.

Yeah firefox have had some recent problems with that. So I agree with everyone else use a different browser. I use chrome, and explorer so as a recommendation you should try those out.
