i have an ipod touch 4th generation. i'm trying to jailbreak my idevice but it wont let me. i have the right firmware and every thing. and yes i have enabled it too in properties. but right after i put my device in dfu mode and it is exploiting with limera1n it stops loading right near the end. i need to know how i can fix this. Please help me!

Does your ipod still work right?
I'd hate to say it, but vizzed probably wont have your answer.You might want to try and find someone who has experience with this. (google possibly or e-mail someone on the website that helped you jailbreak it)

No and yes depends on the version really.
You  could connect to iTunes all you need is a USB cord and connect it from your phone to your Mac/PC.
Nope but got into it while learning HTML I tested it out myself and only went as far to restoring than decided to quit.
It works great.
I reccomend you use Google to find a guide that walks through it step by step.

I also have an iPod 4, and have spent countless hours looking for an untethered jailbreak. I don't believe there is a fully untethered jailbreak for iPod 4's on iOS 6.1.3, But I've been told 7.0.0 will be coming out soon, let's hope there's a jailbreak for that.
