Both of them possess the responsibility, trust, kindness, and knowledge to actually be successful staff members. They'd be good Local Mods for any forum (don't know if there's a certain title for that position; sorry ), without being too stern or mean. They'd be really great at their jobs.

EDIT: I don't know why; My brain died while thinking of Divine Aurora. He would be a great candidate for moderation for, well, the reasons above.

I think divine aurora, pray75, linkmaster, igorbird and Eniitan and PacmandMariofan all deserve to be site staff. They all have contributed a lot and also Barathemos since he posts so much.
