For all the time I've been Pokémon hacking (which was pretty much just messing around before), I've used AdvanceMap 1.92. So I tried using 1.95 since you say it's better, but it won't open for me. It gives me this error: "ERROR: (ERange error) Range check error". I've never had a problem with the old one though. Any idea why this is happening?

Chindogu : I forgot to edit my post. I just found out it's illegal to download roms... To get them on your computer legally you need a special tool or something to get it there. Honestly, the chances are small someone is going to come to your house and do something about this. A lot of people download roms.
