It seems like every time I try to screenshot a game, it exits out of the game immedietely after I pressed the key. I believe that it is F6 or something like that. I don't know why this is happeneing. I can play the game ust fine. Whenever I press anything with the F keys, Chrome does some weird things. Also, when I try to save state my game, it goes back to the browser and it opens a new tab. I really don't think that that is supposed to happen. Please, help me!

Could be what mrfe suggested, try clicking the game window first.

Or could be that your function keys have an additional behavior modified by an Fn key or F-Lock key. If you have either of those try holding the Fn key while tapping the F6, or toggle the F-Lock key on or off.
