I'm not exactly sure where this would belong so feel free to move it.
Well today my mother picked up my Xbox 360 while a game was in it and when I took the game out guess what white ring of death.Now I can't even play Fallout New Vegas because the disk won't even work anymore.
Has this ever happened to you?If so how did it happen?
There are two ways that I know of that can cause the white ring of death.You can get it when picking up the Xbox 360 and unplugging it while a disk is in it running.

austipokedude : It is unfortunate, but honestly I've never had that problem. It's pretty much a general rule to not pick up any sort of "disk player" while the disk is spinning. You should feel fortunate that you were even able to get the game out without having to take your console apart.

Honestly, I feel like I should close this thread to avoid spam. Really there isn't much people can say regarding this subject other than "Oh yeah that happened to me and it's bad" or something like that.
