An idea that recent;y came to, was that you should get a set amount of Viz for advertising the site on places such as YouTube. I know that we can already refer people and get Viz that way, but I think that a good way to really get the word out is to give someone some Viz, even if it'sm a small amount, for advertising this site on their YouTube Channel or other places like it.

I'd like to know what you think about this.

This is actually a really good idea! YouTube is a great way to draw in more users, especially because most of the population on YouTube are gamers. However, many users haven't a great audience on YouTube so advertising on their channels would not get any recognition what so ever. Having said that, there are fantastic YouTube accounts with a great audience and could really generate more people joining Vizzed.

I think advertising on YouTube would be / is  a great hit and should be available for Viz rewards. Possibly posting a video with proof and link could earn you Viz depending on the amount of views the video has reached. 50 views = 25 Viz, 1000 views = 500 Viz, I don't know but worth considering!

PerseusRad : Vizzed does have something similar, you see the refer someone to this page on top of the site, pretty much posting that link to the page that has the video and you get that amount of points that's said.

I had a thread similar to this. I'm not sure what happened to it though. I honestly think that instead of drawing in new users, we need to pull some noobs out of the RGR and into the forum. We need more people here. Maybe, 400 Viz for getting a user onto the boards, and 600 extra if they become a regular on the forum?
