You mean for the RGR right? Well, basically, whenever you play a game, you buy it automatically, and you never have to pay for it again. But if it is a game you know you will not play again, maybe because it's a bad game or something, then you can sell it, and get your Viz back. Most games are so cheap, it really doesn't really matter either way though.
