There are too many to count for me.
Often I have seen if you beat a game on easy mode many of them give the achievement titled "You Call That Easy?". Witch makes me chuckle every time I look em up "On-line". Some are Awarded anyway if you Beat the game on Medium or Normal anyway.
I discovered this with one game I Played Titled "Darksiders". I Double checked the Stats after Getting and reading the description and the file says the difficulty is on Medium anyway. Even if it is a "glitch" I got a chuckle out of it anyway.

Give me some Achievement Names that You Like seeing or have a tale about.

One that I find entertaining is from God of War Ascension. Once chapter 19 is beat the player will be awarded a trophy called "Bros Before Foes". (If you don't get the joke, you really dissapoint me)
Most of the games trophies are jokes, a lot of them lame.

I remember playing an online game a long time ago. I think I got an abnormally high score and then the name of the achievement I got in the game was "The abnormal appearance of a cheater." lol, even though I didn't cheat or hack anything.

There's this achievement you get in Superman Returns when you enter a cheat. It is titled "Not So Super", and in the description it says "You entered a cheat code in a desperate plea for help." I lol'ed there.

I can also remember another one, but this one's just ridiculous. In the game Legendary, you fight a Minotaur. After defeating it, you earn the achievement "DouBull TrouBull". I'm a sucker for terrible puns, so I laughed my butt off. But after that achievement showed up, another achievement showed up, titled "We Owe You An Apology". Its description goes like this: "The Lead Designer apologizes for writing the terrible pun "DouBull TrouBull" - have some points" Some achievement-addicts would love this, but I wasn't charmed.

I chose the impossible for bioshock was funny because thats what is said at the begining about building a city under the ocean.
the trophy was for the hardest difficult with no vita chambers.

also playing farcry 2, desperately trying to save my 'buddy'.
holding his head as he died, very dramatic, then goodnight my sweet prince came up in the trophy alert, that made me laugh.
