Hello everyone, I'm going to start this tournament sooner since it seems no one else is interested in joining it.
This tournament will be DOUBLE ELIMINATION, basically, you have 2 'lives', if you lose, or not play a match without giving a reason, you will lose 1 life, losing all your lives takes you out of tournament.
If your opponent do not show up, make sure you report them on this thread BEFORE it is closed, otherwise both of you will lose lives.

For this tournament, you are free to use any of the Monopoly versions.

I forgot to mention, the deadline for this round is 4 days, so that means you have until May 29th 6:41 PM (Vizzed Time) to post in your matches, please, try to post a screen of the winner, and try to use a name on the game that somehow remembers your username, when taking the screenshot.

Side comment: Typing with the fingers cold is hard.

tiber1976 : Sorry if I didn't reply to your message sooner. It was 10 to 2 am my time when you posted that, so I was asleep by then. I am like 6 hours ahead on server time, so it'll be 10 pm for me. I can do that actually. I'm on half term. I'll be spending time with my other half today, but it'll be very laid back and stuff :3

Seishiro Leonhart : This would have been so much better to just have 2 4 player games and have the winners move on to play eachother or something. Games of Monopoly can take awhile sometimes so I'm not sure if I dig the idea of having to play like 4 games that might take over an hour each...

thing1 : Well considering I work during the week, the latest I could probably start a game this week is 10pm central time. Especially if we play a game that takes an hour or two...

On the weekends I can be flexible.

Jordanv78 : O.K. That is reasonable... I have to head out and pick a buddy up from a hotel in Honolulu... I can let you know when I get back. It should probably be around noon or 1, maybe 2 my time. That is 7 PM AT THE LATEST for you. Does that work?

Played my match with Tibers, and I won. He put up a jolly good fight though. So do we play another match or just wait until everyone has played so far?

Darkpower508 : After you played, wait until the next round, since your opponent may change.

Seishiro Leonhart : I'm wondering why you didn't set any game parameters. Can users switch settings, or is it just default game setup? Default money? No computer players in the game or anything?

I'm just wondering because 2 player monopoly isn't really that fun, nor is it very challenging. In the future it may be better to have at least one computer player. Although as I mentioned before it would have been preferable just to have 4 player games

Jordanv78 : You are free to use any configurations you wish, and particularly I would make the if an AI win the game, the match would be a tie, or you could come up with your own ideas.

You are free to play with any configurations you and your opponent agrees.

I apologize, but I'm going to back out of this tournament. I really don't wish to play a bunch of 1on1 matches of monopoly, nor do I have the time right now to do so.

I was hoping for bigger matches with better participation. I apologize for any inconvenience this causes, I just don't think it sounds that fun anymore. You can keep my entrance fee and I will even donate 1000 more to the cause.

Anyways I didn't intend for this to happen it just happens that some stuff came up for work that wasn't expected and I'm going to be busier than I had anticipated.
