I've compressed all the GB and GBC games on vizzed board and ran a few queries so they should load up twice as fast. Now I don't think there will be any problems with the games now that they're compressed but if there are any problems that didn't exist before, please report them here.

The total size of the GB and GBC games before compression was
1,100 MB
After compression
430 MB

Pretty big deduction. Should help lower CPU usage and bandwidth. All other systems were compressed already except for Atari 2600 and NES (since their emulators don't support compressed files).
