In your opinion what do you guys believe is the absolute worst in game trade ever out of all the Pokémon games? For me it would have to be the Nidoran family trades in Pokémon Red and Blue. I would like to know your guys opinion on this subject.

Trading a female dragonair for a dodrio in pokemon Crystal.

1) Dodrio serves no help against Clair, so why is it there?

2) You can easily catch a doduo on route 27, which is the next place to go after beating Clair (and getting waterfall).

3) The wild doduo on route 27 can be levels 28-30. Doduo evolves into dodrio at level 31. Are you really that lazy to level up your doduo until it evolves? 

4) It's a Dragonair. It evolves in to Dragonite. 'nuff said.

I don't really see the Abra for a Mr. Mine trade all that bad, If you are trying to complete the Pokedex, as there were no other way before the release of generation 2 to get a Mr. Mine in Pokémon Red and blue. So personally I don't see that as a terrible trade at all. So this trade has some value that makes it not so terrible.

I think the worst in game trade is a spearow for a farfetch'd for a spearow can evolve and a farfetch'd can't evolve so spearow has better stats then farfetch'd making the trade only valuable for completing the pokedex.

Well their might be some people that actually have a hard time fighting Faulkner, so they can trade for an Onix, and be able to take down Faulkner much easier since Onix has such a high defense making him an optional choice for fighting the gym, though Geodude just might be a better option as you wouldn't have to worry about all that potential disobedience that you would get from an " outsider Pokémon"
