Well, a few minor things first. The system itself is hideous. Big, bulky, and no sense of style at all. I don't think they even tried. And I think Microsoft doesn't know how to count; 1 > 360....?? But anyways, it's good that they aren't doing away with used games (I still don't get it if you have to pay a fee or not though) or making you need an Internet connection, or at least not all the time.. But I still am not too fond of the Kinect. Plus, at launch, wih the system and Kinect, this thing will cost a fortune.
I also think the controller doesn't look as good as the 360. From what I know, they didn't add anyhing to the controller like Wii U's screen, and PS4's (althouh it was just stuck on) touch pad. Plain looking, but good enough I guess.
As for the rest of it, it looks good. Should run well, but it has been mentioned, not as well as PS4, and the graphics should be good. But I could not care less about this other stuff, like Skype. I'm buying a gaming console, so give me a gaming console! But this is actually better than I expected to come out of the next Xbox. I was expecting a failure from the start, to be honest.
