ok this thread will be something different (well at least for me anyway) im just gonna pay my respect to all the retro games out there you see i love retro.Retro games are the most fun for me because they didn't need realistic graphics to be fun they were fun anyway and i love them for that when i mean retro im talking about the nes snes genesis n64 ps1 etc these consoles had some of he best games and yes they might not be ad high tech as the games we have nowadays but that's not what makes them awesome its the variety of games we had we had platformers shootemups beatumups 3d platformers 2.5dplatformers arcade shooters 3d shooters simulation games rpgs etc etc and yes we have them genres now but all people of today seem to care about is call of duty or halo etc im not talking about everyone just the majority of people but retro gaming will always be the awesomeness for me and although i wasn't born with them i will appreciate all he times Ive had playing them here on vizzed.com and on my n64 and ps1 at home so thank you retro you will never be forgotten

I'm not sure what you are wanting use to post but I think you want why we love retro games so that is what I will post about, if that isn't what you are looking for let me know and I will repast. I love the classic consoles because I grew up with most of them. When I was a kid I had the Sega Genesis, Nintendo 64, Gameboy, and my best friend had a Playstation. When I got into middle school I really hated the direction that video games were headed so I stared buying NES and Super Nintendo stuff to go with the systems I already had as a kid. My love for retro has been there since I was like 10 and I have never turned back. I now collect  Sega consoles including the Genesis, Master System, and Game Gear. For me there is noting better then the good old games!

Man, I feel ya. I agree with you all the way. I am kind of an "old style" kid. I am only 15 and even I am fed up with what people expect in games now of days. All of these companies care about now is money. They are still making good games of today though so don't get me wrong. I think retro gaming should be respected regardless of what anyone thinks. Besides, it is what started it all in the first place, and they bring back wonderful memories. Just think about it though, the games of today will soon be "retro" also, which I find really funny. Retro games are indeed very fun. I agree, they didn't need good graphics because back then there was actually talent in game-play rather than making a game look good by play bad. I think Vizzed should get a lot more popularity than it should. I mean, there is thousands of people searching for retro games where they can just play them, and Vizzed is the place for that. I also deeply respect retro games and Vizzed, and I also respect your point of view because it is spot on. Retro games for the win!
