This does not have to be in a Sand Box game.
But...
What is something that you have not seen in a game that you would like to see?

I just got back from the Drive thru and expected my burger to be without Mayo and the thing has Mayo anyway.

I want to see a game that has a tank going through the Drive thru, Ordering, and then the driver flips when they get the order wrong and unloads on the building.
Oddly enough the place is a secret location for terrorists and the Fast Food Building is just a cover.
I would love to cut down people in those crazy uniforms running around with A.K.'s and Bazookas and such with a Pistol or something in a game.

What Ideas do you guys have?

I have another with "Stop Lights" and shooting them to progress.

Give me a taste of what bothers you and would love to vent on it in a game.
