So I will be starting a project in a few months that involves role play.  It's a pretty impressive task to take on by myself, and I certainly don't want to reveal too many details here.  However, I am looking for a few people interested in helping me set this up.  Basically, you need to be able to -develop- a character.  This means no shallow characters with shallow purposes..... if you play characters like that.... that can come in later during the summer.

Also, if you write one or two lines as habit during a role play.... this is not for you either.

I need to set up a world, a map, and rules.  Since I've never done this through a forum like vizzed, this will take some experimenting and cooperation.  We will be creating something off vizzed which will later be brought to vizzed.  Basically, we are creating a history for what I plan to create in vizzed.

As always, no magic and no non-family friendly stuff.  These role plays will be kept clean.  If you're interested, please contact me here, and I will pm you with more details, since I want most of it to be a surprise for the vizzed community interested in role plays.

I'd like to join this one. I like developing characters, and my role play parts are quite a doozy to read, so I think I'd fit well. I like creating them too, making the world detailed and well made as well . Making RP's has always just been a lot of fun, and having one with a layed out worlds, special rules would just make it more interesting. I'm in for it

What's the basis of this RP world? Is it an animal RP, Fantasy world, all types?

I myself love to RP, and can easily dish out 4-6 paragraph posts, so long as my partner is able to match them. I love to develop characters, especially with lots of angst and anger, and am constantly coming up with twists and turns for plots. Your club sounds really interesting, and I would love to get involved so long as the project is something I am interested in (for example, not a big fan of Dungeon and Dragons rp's, etc).

As for the basis of the rp, my idea was a human based rp, set with almost medieval terms.  Basically, it'd be a survival/ build a civilization kind of RP.  We'd be building things from the ground up, quite literally!

Anything is up for debate though, because an RP isn't about what I want, but about what we want.  An RP is an interactive experience, and I don't intend to keep it strictly limited to what I've envisioned if others don't like the idea.

4-6 paragraph posts?  I sure hope you're interested!    I love paragraph posts.  haha.   And angst and anger could be so good.... it'd possbily offer conflict and keep the story interesting! Would you like me to pm you a little more information?

Okay, so I finally set this up!  I'm so excited!  I'm not totally finished, but my aim is to finish setting everything up by this upcoming weekend. I'm trying a new forum set up and I'm unfamiliar with it, so I'm not entirely sure I set the permissions up correctly.

I do know that I will have to accept your registration.  I did this to prevent spambots, so when you register, let me know via pm!

I believe I have it set to where you can't see the world I created, right now.  You can see the area for creating characters, and that's about it.  (Again, if I set it up correctly.)  Please, please, please go ahead and create your characters!  I'll begin drafting the rules so that we can jump in and play, as the world is already created.  If you have any questions, just ask once you log in to the site!

I'm currently having a problem with the registration; it said my desired username was already taken, but I've checked the memberlist and there was no one with the username "Juliet". Am I doing something wrong?

Juliet :  That's strange. I looked to see if you accidentally submitted twice or something... but there's no record of your registration. Um... maybe try again?  Or add a letter to it or something?

Alright, I've added 07 at the end of my username and it looks like it works now.
