Well, I tried to submit it. I made the title shorter and I just left "Submitted by 8bitNESPlayer" in the description to make it shorter too. I clicked "Upload video" and I was checking the progress (because I can see it with Google Chrome). It took me hours to submit it. So when the progress reached to 100%, it took me back to the step 1 for submit a video. Nothing was different except that the link of the page had added this: &status=400&error=TOKEN_EXPIRED

My video didn't get submitted, what does this mean and what did happen?

BTW, I think I didn't reduce the video enough, I used AVI/TV Quality.

Ok so I have been stuck having multiple issues with uploading games lately to the point where its completely stunted my ability to further participate in the competition. I have several videos now that do not show up on my vizzed game profile yet appear on youtube. 

but now whats happening is my videos after HOURS AND HOURS of uploading simply do not upload AT ALL. instead the video will go from uploading 99% and then load the PREVIOUS page!! (the page BEFORE you select a file and upload)

i can't keep uploading the same video over and over this is completely killing my ability to compete, what is going on?
