gfool3.14 : I know I am not in your division, but you did not miss 1 day. Your last post was on the 26th, so nobody has heard from you for almost 3 days. That is almost half the week gone just waiting for you. The longer they wait, the harder it is to set something up.

Although I have not posted for three days, I did however, contact Jordanv78 around four times. If you want proof of that, you could just ask him. I just think it is unfair to plan and to the tournament in one day without any say from me. Also, based on previous experiences, it usually took my opponent and I to plan the tournament around two to three days. Isn't there like some sort of time that everyone has to get in the tournament match?

Noobtester and skippercapt, this will be your call. I'm fine with Friday as long as I know when. Mornings would be the least busy, but I can adjust to afternoon if needed.

play4fun : Friday at around 3:00 PM is when I get home from school, so I can play anytime from then to like 10:00 PM. I can't do mornings though, school still has one more week after this.

play4fun : I am fine with Friday after 3. how about you and thenoobtester work out a more specific time and I'll follow it. It certainly is harder to just be on for 7 hours waiting for all three of us to be on. I think it is safe to say that skippercapt is out of this. We really can't wait any longer for him to respond.

Does anybody, who made the rules, know weather or not if there is supposed to be a waiting time for everybody to respond? It seems a little unfair that I didn't go on vizzed for half a day and lost the competition because nobody would wait for a respond from me.Also, it was only Tuesday when they competed, so I would think that they would have waited a little later to create the netplay session.

gfool3.14 : Yes, it isn't exactly fair to go ahead and do it the day after the announcement. But on the other hand, you say that you were gone for half a day. Yet, the announcement was Monday morning, and you didn't even post here until yesterday, which is a day after this. That kind of shows that you were clearly gone for not half a day, but almost 3. On top of that, this is week 8 of the competition. By now, you know when the announcement day is. So if you want to seriously compete in this, you need to make the commitment to be here on Monday (Tuesday at the latest) to start setting the schedule up. Again, you did not even post here until almost 3 days (counting  Monday) into this. When you have to try to coordinate 4 people (3 at the absolute least), you can't just sit around and wait for 3 days.

Well, if you read my previous post before this one, I had stated that I contacted Jordanv78 around four times. I was here to get my daily Viz and other small things like that, but if you need proof of that, you can just ask him. I don't really want to repeat myself, but, from my previous battles, I had gathered that it took around two to three days to agree on a day we could both agree on, and even then, it wasn't even close to the same day of what we contacted each other. Basing my theory on this, I predicted that it would take at least until Wednesday to agree on a date.That was why I only logged on to vizzed at around 10:00P.M and didn't bother to check weather or not if they had reached to a decision, and even then, I would have never guessed that they planned it on the same day as when they contacted each other.

Davideo7 : Just curious, how will this playoff selection work considering that there are 7 divisions and you want to pick 16 users? Is it by points or by top members of each division?

play4fun : If I remember, it was the top 2 from each division, then the 2 players out of the remaining bunch who had the most points would get put through to make 16.

gfool3.14 : How many times it just happened to take last week does not mean just wait until Wednesday to even bother logging on to check. That was a mistake on your part.

play4fun : I'm pretty sure I go over this in the rules thread but I'll go over it briefly here. The top 2 teams of each division, based on points, advance to the playoffs. Of all the teams that aren't the top 2 of their division, the 2 with the most points among those will also advance.

I am deeply sorry but im withdraw from this game due to school having finals week early and i need fo get study to keep my grade up. The tournament sure was fun only if school doesnt keep blocking me from getting on. Sorry for any problems i might have caused by withdraw from the game.

Only me and rcarter was able to show up at our designated time. It was safe to say that skippercapt is out of the tournament due to his lack of communication. thenoobtester was unfortunately sick all day on the day that we designated our playing time. So between me and rcarter, I won 4, rcarter won 3.

I'm not sure if you want to give him partial credit or what. Either way, we played a game tonight that I won 4-2.

I beat you 4-2 and I beat Soldier and Nick so there's no way you are getting as many points as me. I also fully informed you that I wasn't sure if David would even count the game since it wasn't a part of the original match the rest of us had this week. That's entirely up to him.

Also I have to take issue with a few things that you said to rcarter2 regarding our scheduled match.

Here's the rundown.

The reason why the game was planned and played on Tuesday. I had been summoning you to the thread to coordinate times and clearly told you that the rest of the group couldn't make it this weekend and that during the week was our best bet. Instead of replying to the thread, you replied to me via PM and said "Well, I am sorry to inform you that school is still going on with me this entire week, so I might have to play on Saturday. However, if all three of you agree on an earlier time, I might be able to fit that in."

Unfortunately you didn't seem like you had any flexibility for your schedule and the rest of the group wasn't able to make it this weekend so I had to make the best decision I could to try to get as many people playing at the same time as I could.

You knew full well what the situation was. I was very clear. I'm sorry that it worked out that way that was not my intention but you really gave us no other choice. I understand that real life is more important, so I understand...but you must understand the situation I was in with regards to planning it.
