With quite a bit of aggravation and some time, Milotec is very possible! So don't give up! First you have to find Feebas, the best place to look is in the water area, next the house, on route 119. Try looking along the wall, above the fisherman, on the top left. Use the super rod. If Feebas stops appearing, leave the area and come back, you should still find Feebas, within the tiles along the wall. This are is where I have most commonly found Feebas. Have plenty pokeballs and be prepared to catch at least 8 to 12 to find one with a compatible nature, or you could just catch a boy and a girl and try to breed for one. Though that could take even longer. Compatible natures, (ones that like to eat dry pokeblocks)are quiet, rash, mild and modest. To get Feebas to evolve you need to first max out it's beauty. This is possible within 8 pokeblocks. At the contest hall, go to the berry blender with just the old man and use the Wiki berry. Even doing only moderately well, use should always come out with a level 24 BLUE pokeblock. Eight of these should max out your Feebas' beauty at a total of 192. Actually only 170 is needed but, better safe than sorry! Then all you have to do is level up your Feebas once and YAY! you should have a Milotec! I hope this helps!

Yes training and finding a feebas does take a lot of work but it is worth the effort as a reward you get a milotic which can learn some pretty interesting moves.

austipokedude : Very true!! Though I must admit, I have not trained my Milotic yet. I always try to collect as many Pokemon possible BEFORE beating the Pokemon League. I find this method easier, when trying to complete the Regional Pokedex. Even though there are some you cannot catch or receive, until after, becoming Champion and receiving the National Pokedex.
