    So in this hack shoal caves is warp tide caves and you cannot get the ingredients to craft a shell bell, does anyone know how to get a shell bell please?
   Seeing as shoal caves or trading is the only way to get it originally in emerald I was hoping maybe there was an added way or another way someone knows of.

i dont think there is an added way  but the way to do it was to go it the cave at different times of the day. i think if its night time then the water will be low and if its day time the water will be high
