Facebook has just added a feature very similar to that. Just go to the "About" section of your profile, and you can pick movies you watched, movies you want to watch, and movies you like.

If you find one, let me know because I really need a website like this. I really wish for something similar such as myanimelist because I can just always go back to it and know what I have watched and haven't. At the moment, the only thing I'm using is the IMBD website, since it even shows movies that will be released a few months ahead. You are able to make your own lists there and rate the movies. It's helpful but you have to do a lot of the work yourself.

IMDB! Create an account, and you can add movies to your watchlist, mine is private so I can't like to it, but here is an example: http://www.imdb.com/list/JwiSrlXj504/

There is even a feature on there that helps you fill you watch-list by showing you movies that you may have seen that are not on your current list, that you you don't have to look through the same movies over and over again.

Also, whenever you're looking at a movie page, there will be a little green plus sign letting you know it's already on your list, so you don't have to keep going back to check.
