If you download flash, it'll say the same thing. It's not going to make any major changes, pretty much just adding folders. Keep in mind it's a program that allows your computer to play games, so it's adding to your computers 'skills'. lol. That's what I understand, at least.

Newer versions of windows wants you to approve this each time so you are aware of everything installed on your computer (In theory anyways)
