In the past year I've lost about 75 pounds and gained about 3-6 pounds of muscle (that's quite a bit of muscle actually.) I would like it if people on here would post there daily workouts, there diet for the day, or there progress with fat loss and muscle gain. Having a place to keep track helps you stay motivated and showing your workouts and diet can help others get motivated to become fit. And it helps give knowledge on good exercises and good foods for dieting. At least that's what I believe.

Today's Workout:
30Sec Run-in-place, 30Sec Jumping Jacks, 30Sec Heisman, 30Sec 1-2-3's, 30Sec Butt Kicks, 30Sec High Knees, 30Sec Mummy Kicks, 10 Diamond Pushups, 10 Regular Pushups, 10 Wide Pushups. (Repeat once with no rest.)
4 Minute Walk at 3.5mph, 1 Minute Run at 7.5mph (Repeat twice with no rest.)

i like to stay in shape so i don't get fat at all also i do it to keep my self together my work out is 20 pushups a day 80 sit ups followed by 10min of jumping jack thats what i do to stay in shape

I have a set routine I do every morning, to keep in some sort of fit state.
That normally mounts up to..

A 15 minute run around my block.
25 push ups.
25 sit ups.
25 pull ups.

djent : i am not fat not average i am skinny i don't eat that much and i eat a lot of junk food i weigh around 50 or 60 and i am hyper and i run a lot but i just go down to 50s and then i eat food i go to go somewhere around 60(but not over 60)and then it goes all over again.
