I like the Ghost powerup from Kirby: Squeak Squad. Seriously, it's a powerup that lets you control any non-boss enemy (not including those tiny ghost balls from the ghost boss). My only complaint is that it doesn't let you climb down ladders.

If I had to pick anything else, it would be EVERY SINGLE MIX POWERUP FROM KIRBY 64. You can be a freezer that throws out food. You rub paper on your hair to catch your head on fire. You can turn into a melting ice cube (not sure if that does anything).
