Well here are my thoughts about this

banned:If the user flames or spams and had at least three warnings or sandwhich posts more then fifteen times they deserve a ban.The number of days depend on their age again this is just my opinion of course.

perma banned:If the user had a ban or two and just won't stop I believe they deserve a perma banned.
