So on Friday my boyfriend and I became the proud owners of two adorable 2 month old kittens. One is an all black male named Hunter and his sister is a black and white female named Rogue. They are really amusing and adorable... I'm currently watching them run in circles after a laser pen.

wow, I have 2 cats the look very similar to yours except the boy is the moo cat and the girl is all black.

Kittens are awesome though.... I really wish we could go back to those days with our cats.

Actually no, they were inspired by D&D. Also money-sucking but infinitely better. Well, Rogue's was anyway. Hunter came more from him being really good at attacking that bouncy mouse and not letting it go, like the real thing.

I got them from a friend. She found a litter of 5 in her sister's backyard that had been abandoned by their mother so she took them in and bottle fed them. Hunter and Rogue are the two docile ones of the litter... which after being kept up all night by them makes me wonder just how active the rest of them are. One of the little devils pissed on the bed last night though, so I am not happy with them at the moment. Doing laundry at 6am is not fun.

I think most cats in any countries destroy things inside houses, that's why they need to be constantly entertained. I've got indoor cats, but my mum has an outdoor cat. I think it's easier raising an outdoor cat as long as you get them desexed, vaccinated and a collar with a bell (or something to warn wildlife).
The only thing to be prepared for with an outdoor cat is they will have constantly sharp claws.

haha, the joy of training kittens....

at least no more accidents... those are annoying... it's so hard to get rid of that smell.

and yeah, computer cables just seem to be a target.... the move when they get bumped so they become a toy that needs to be bitten and ruined... sometimes getting shocked by one is the best thing for the cat though.... teaches them what not to do
