Just a question I wanted to ask everyone. I just had dinner with my family which is something we hadn't done for a long time because everyone was just doing their own thing or we all weren't home at the same time. When was the last time you ate dinner with your family whether you live with them or you live by yourself?

Its been so many years now I cant remember.
I live with a family member now, as I care for her.
But we don't tend to eat together she will eat on her own as will I.
Thou we like it that way to be fair, but full sit down meals with the family around, if I had to guess that hasn't happened for me since I was about 10 years old.

Three nights ago, I think? I have a horrible memory due to a disorder I have so I can barely remember what I do during the day.
But I'm pretty sure it was about 3 days ago. We rarely all eat together, usually it's just me and my sister or me and my mom. Occasionally, my brother won't eat his food in his room & join us for once.

Every other 4th of July I go out and enjoy some free Bar-B-Q.
My Pop Likes To Use his grill allot but he often requests I bring a few items over that he forgot about. So It is never a simple drive, dine, and chat.

Quite often we talk about politics (Bored to death). The Edjucational future of the new generation. Current Events. Weather Trends.
Everything but the game that was on last night.
So, you can imagine it is an outing I make for my mother mostly. Keeps her pleased.

You'd think that a 25plus year retired soldier turned Union Worker would want to talk sports more than anything else.
But..
That's my pop.
His Steak is Excellent by the way. Better than any Wine and Dine Joint I have been to to date.
