Alright so I figured out a way to level up your Pokémon super fast what you do is you deposit the one or two Pokémon into the day care and you  get on a bike and hold down the fast forward button that you have set then just keep going back and forth I did this and leveled all my Pokémon up to level 30 in about 10 minis it was super fast and easy I have tried it on fire red leaf green sapphire and ruby and they all work

i can lv up my pokemon from lv 5 to lv 50 in that time... consider a better advice  i think.

i know a better way of doing it. find a thing where you have to go really fast on your bike to get up on it then tape you button and it should keep walking up the thing and falling down. then just leave it for a day or 2. thats the lazy way

Just use lucky egg
and train against pokemon that gives lots of exp.
but i always first train the EV's of pokemon.. this can cost me half a hour to on hour...
but after that i only need 10 minuts to lv them to 50-60
