The United States L2 server is back up. If anyone has any troubles with it, please let me know. For those who don't know, this is the best server for netplay sessions.

SuperCrash64 : Both the United States and United States L servers aren't the greatest. Actually I just removed the United States L server but I'm keeping the United States server up as a backup in case United States L2 server ever goes down.
