well i have to say my favorite generations were nintendo sega Snes N64 Sega saturn sega cd imean its really hard to pick cuz i liked them all i cant just pick one cuz they were all great  i mean if u asked me to only pick 1 i would tell u i couldnt cuz they r all good in there own way some hadsome flaws toitbut if u got past the flaws then u would b good but every system will have its flaws but i like the systems of the past

Ok, well I was torn between 5th and 6th. 5th because of Nostalgia (especially the PSX), and 6th because of th PS2 (the newest system I've played). So I chose 6th. Hopefully the PS4 will be equally great.

I have to put my vote on 6th generation.
PS2 was a big part of my life when it came to gaming, till this day I can spend hours on it.
I don't think that the PS2 will drop off my top choice list for some time, unless the PS4 changes my mind.
But so far I haven't really liked what I have been seeing/hearing about it.

For me its a pretty easy choice, fourth.  I am a Sega Genesis junkies and love Super Nintendo and want to get a new Turbografx 16. For me there is noting better than a good 16 bit game, but I do also love the 8 bit third gen Sega Master System.

It's gotta be gen 6. The GBA was the greatest thing ever. And the PS2 was fun to play at my friend's house. But still haven't been able to play much Gamecube. So, yeah. GBA = awesomeness.

My all-time favorite would have to be the 4th generation with the inclusion of Super Nintendo and everything before it.  Super Nintendo had some of the best unique creative games I've ever played when I was young.  Super Mario World 1 + 2, Final Fantasy series, Chrono Trigger, Super Metroid, F-Zero, Super Mario Kart, Castlevania 4, Donkey Kong Country series, Megaman X, Super Mario RPG, and A Link to the Past.  Such a great library of classics.

Ugh, I'm not that aware of "console" generations.....  I hated the play station, I hate the snes, I am fine with nintendo 64, I like the game cube, I like the gameboy, I like the ds, I don't like the dsi, I don't like the 3ds, I won't like the Wii U.I would have to say I love the Wii the most because you can play wii games with the remote jumping up and down like a lunatic, or hold it sideways as if the remote was the controller. I also do enjoy the fact that you can play game cube games on the wii for I do also like many Game Cube games such as pokemon, yugioh, and mario.
