Due to having only reached the Elite Four in Gen 1, I guess the hardest was my rival and the easiest was Agatha. I picked Charmander by the way.

Gen 3 was the hardest Elite Four of all. Because they all had strong Pokemon etc.
Gen 2 was the easiest because the Pokemon in that Region aren't strong to beat.

To be fully honest, I found nearly all of the Elite Fours hard. I think the easiest was Pokémon Gold though. Woahhh, the Elite four in this game were the easiest in my opinion. It was a great thrill beating them though and there was an element of excitement! However, their Pokémon were too low leveled and didn't put up much of fight, well Lance did. Lance was a little hard but nothing that I couldn't handle! His dragonites put up a great fight but lacked the experience! This elite four was a lot easier compared to the likes of Red, Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald.
I may have rambled on there, but I had to justify my points!

Honestly the most troublesome elite four that I ever faced was in Pokemon Sapphire because they were higher levels and they put up the greatest fights.

The Elite Four of Kanto were much more leveled up than your Pokemon, it actually made you feel unprepared. Johto was the easiest in my opinion, because with a Feraligatr that knows Ice Punch, Lance is easily beaten.

The hardest elite 4 region had to be Pokemon fire red, I still cannot beat the elite 4 after 10 attempts
The easiest has to be Pokemon sapphire I was training my salamence and then when it was at level 60 I nearly beaten the elite 4 in one attempt.

For me, the easiest Elite 4 is the Johto one. After the first time they become INCREDIBLY easy. I honestly found the Unova Elite 4 the hardest solely because of Marshall. Even with a decent flying type I had issues. Kanto was pretty meh for me, since by that point my starter was so over levelled that it pretty much destroyed everything except the champion's Pidgeot and Charizard. Hoenn was a little harder, but still way easier than Unova, and I can't really give fair judgement to Sinnoh because I haven't gotten that far in the game, yet.

Green (Blue in the American versions) has always given me the most trouble. But I also haven't really played past gen 3. Never could afford the games.

The easiest Elite 4 member is Bruno. His team is just so easy to pick apart. All you need is a flying type and a water type.
