I found mine by doing a Google search.
Maybe try that? Type in dbz avatar pictures or something and save the ones that you can upload.

Its either that or re size the pictures to fit?

As for the profile background I'm not sure myself how to do that I didn't see any option (That I noticed anyway) when I was searching around my own editing section.
It might be an option only trusted members and up have which if that is the case nothing can be done until you attain that level.
But as I said I'm not really sure hopefully someone who knows more about it will post and be able to give you a more helpful answer.
