I don't know anything about either, but I never liked Mr Mime so I'm saying Bonsly.

I preffer Bonsly due to the fact that it's defense is better than Mime Jr.'s and Sudowoodo is a bit "better" than Mr. Mime, even though I still think my Mr. Mime can beat any pokemon I can get my hands on, unless it's hacked. XD
