Oh, yes...sean.. what do you like to do in real life?  What interests you to talk about?  The forum is a great place to make friends, as there are forum areas for nearly anything you could ever want to talk about.  I highly suggest you surf around.  

*gasps in mock horror* "Surf around"? Don't you know that surfing on something other than some form of water is dangerous?
seanyfunnyman : I wouldn't recommend attempting to surf around your home while using vizzed. There are tons of great, friendly users, but I don't think they'd want you surfing in your home. That would cause too much damage to your self, your stuff, and your house. Just sayin...

Hey Guys,

I like to talk about a lot of thing. My hobbies include playing sports, chilling with friends, drinking and have a good time. Oh yeah of course play video games.  I am a swimmer and I swim for my college (I am only ok at it). I like to listen to lots of music like from rap to 90's pop. I can really say what my favorite game is but I like games that have a really great story.

I guess my family likes me too, so, uh, I'll play PMD and Touhoumon while I'm on Vizzed so if you wanna track me down that's the best places to look.

MegaMarisa : Hello there. We're glad to have you here as well. Have you tried making an "about me" thread in the newbie forum?

As for your questions, Layouts can only be made by members and up. You can, however, ask someone to make one for you. There are layout shops in the forum labelled "Vizzed Market".
Getting past newbie rank requires posting a certain amount (sorry, I can't recall how many posts you must make), and being a member for a week (I think).
I don't think newbies can upload pictures, but I could be wrong there too. All you do is go to the control panel, then photo album. From there you should see an upload link (though you may have to click on "my photos" first). You may then upload pictures meeting certain file size requirements. There may be another way, but that's how I uploaded my picture of beautiful pineapple and jalapeño pizza. lol
Finally, making threads is often a hit and miss thing. Sometimes they get replies, and sometimes they don't. I don't really know why. Just keep trying to make original threads, and you'll get a bite.

There are some random obscure Pokémon hack games I can ramble on about (Touhoumon) in the forums and stuff, like how there's a hilariously glitchy beheaded shrine maiden that replaces the Poke ball things for a second. Pfft that's enough for some random dumb creepypasta lol.
Anyway it's nice to meet you good sir/madam (lol I don't know your gender xD) and I hope I randomly run in to you in some random thread-post-thing someday.
