my family and I have come up with a new product called 'Keep em Kools' and hoping to get on shark tank but the problem with that is only things ppl vote for now-a-days is American idol or dancing with the stars, my question is will u help me and my family reach our goal of 76 votes in order to be on an episode of shark tank, if Ur willing to help us, u need to register at http://sharktankzone.com/ and vote for 'Keep em Kool' under 'top start ups past 7 days'. Currently we only have 30 votes so plz help us to get on shark tank, thank u so much for those who vote

I can see it being useful for people who work outdoors in hot places. Or maybe on the beach. It's honestly not something I would use I don't think... but then again, I live in Canada. You have my vote.

oh man.... I LOVE shark tank!  It is one of mine and my husband's new favorite shows, and we look forward to it every week! It's so cool that someone on vizzed is trying to get on the show!  Wow!  However, that being said, I gotta go look at the product and see if it'd be something that would be good on the show.

I'm so glad you brought this my attention though.  I had NO idea that products were voted onto the show.  I thought the producers/ developers/ sharks maybe picked who got to get on the show.  I doubt many other people know either, because to my recollection.... they don't mention it on the show.  (Of course, I also watch it on hulu, so that might be cut out in the few seconds hulu doesn't show.)

You learn something every day, right?  Awesome!

Did you get a patent on this? I have 2 reasons for asking this. First one being this is pretty much the same device as the camel pouch. As for the heating and cooling, Camel Pouch also has pouches for hot beverages and cold. They already patented the idea, so you could get buried in lawsuit with them if it invades their patent. Second, if this for some reason didn't violate the patent Camel Pouch already has on this, and you didn't have a patent on it, anybody can make it and you can't do anything about it. I have seen many people get pretty much thrown out by the sharks because they didn't have proper patents. Every time someone doesn't have proper patent, the question they get asked is "What is to stop me from coming out with Mr. Wonderful brand of your product?". 

Check and see if you can even get a patent on this device with Camel Pouch already having their product, and get that patent if you don't want to be immediately rejected.

it may seem silly but it has helped many ppl i know including my parents and myself from having a heat stroke in the hot florida weather, or suffering from arthritus pain by keeping us warm from the cold coastal fronts in the winter
