I might use...
1.) FF2 to edit things like mp and stats.
2.) Zyrthofar's FF4 Editor for other things. I forgot what this does.
3.) FFIV Tools for the events. If you want to use this you will need a hex editor. This doesn't edit the game rom at all. It only tells you where to put the code and what the code is.
I'm not sure if these tools work or what I'll do with the hack.
I might use...
