Mine is Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Fall of the Foot Clan. It feels like the NES game but a lot better. I also like how there's a level select so if you lose, you restart at that level.

Definitely by far "Final Fantasy Tactics Advanced". It was still lots of fun even after I beat the game through the first run. Then I got my hands on my friends Action Replay or Game Shark or whatever it's called and made my guys invincible and was able to one-hit everyone, even the hardest bosses. You should try it out, it might even be in the retro game section, I haven't checked yet.

My favorite gameboy game of all time... is Metroid Fusion. The game was intense! The way I held the gameboy advance was like having the galaxy at my fingertips!  The suspense had me at my edge of the seat at every turn.  And the ending, just brought me to tears.  I never played a gameboy game this spectacular!
