What kind of pokemon pictures do you have? Are they pixels or are they the clearer ones.
Did you try just selecting the part you want and putting it on top of the other parts?
Not everybody is good at everything James!

Well, first off, if you can make the Pokémon fusion without re sizing it, the final product will be better.  And it really takes patience. So where do you get the sprites? They should be about 64x64 for the Gen 3 sprites, 86x86 for Gen 4, and 96x96 for Gen 5. You just have to take it pixel by pixel. Put the two right next to each other, and just copy parts from one, and paste it onto the other. It's not all that hard once you get the hang of it.

EDIT: A good site to find sprites is bulbapedia. They have good sprites.

You can just go to a website that has Pokemon sprites that are the same size. There are plenty out there. Can you also show me what you did? (if you didn't delete it)

Did you stretch the sprites? They look stretched out. Take this one that I made as an example. It should be a smaller size than that. You should be able to go in pixel by pixel to change it. I wouldn't stretch at all, but if you do, you should make the fusion before you stretch it.

Image upload: 64x64 totaling 1 KB's.

Why is there a black blob behind the pokemon?
If you didn't stretch out the sprites then the sprites might not of been the same size in the first place. Try these they are all the same size:
