  In Diamond version, I got a Spiritomb from the gts who currently has Pokerus. I'm going to spread it to my legendaries so they can level faster. I also traded alsonic for a shiny sceptile who he got from someone else and he's got pokerus too.

Hidden Phantom :   Pokerus is not going to kill your pokemon. It makes them level faster. If you want to get rid of the virus, put Darmanitan into your party and shut off your game for 1-2 days. It can never catch it again once cured and it will not be cured by sitting in a PC.

haha...no, I mean in fear of losing the Pokerus, not my Pokemon, silly.
I know ALL about the Pokerus...
The reason I hate my best Pokemon to get it is because that game doesn't have the best training, so I can't level up as much and harness the stat boost that the Pokerus provides, thus POWERING UP!!! my Darmanitan.  But, becuase I have crappy training, I don't want the Pokemon to lose this amazing disease, I keeped it stored in a dormant state, to preserve this wonder for future use.

I had tons of pokemon with it, the first one was my blaziken in emerald. Nurse joy was like 'Your pokemon has pokerus' and I didn't know what it was so I almost shut my game of, luckily I looked up pokerus first.

I used to have pokerus at a EV training method.. I was always lucky enough to get it..
i trained some Pokémon's on light platinum using pokerus.. It was pretty good.
although its a really hard thing to get.. The benefits of it are great..

In every hacked game i played so far i managed to get pokerus from the start o.O
only on fire red generations i didn't get it.. But well. I got 6 shiny Pokémon on there so its kind a makes it up with that lol.for these who thinks that fastens the leveling of your Pokémon: GO GOOGLE!.. It does not increase EXP.. Its increase EV gaining!....
so instead of 1 EV you get 2. Instead of 2 EV you get 4. And instead of 3 EV you get 6... you can ZERO exp bonus while having pokerus..
please try to understand that..  pokerus only increase the training of your Pokémon's stats but not the leveling itself.

oh well..
