Rules: For each round, the players will have 3 days to face their opponent, if the players don't have their match, the match will be considered a tie, EXCEPT if one of the players PROVE that they CALLED their opponent and the opponent DIDN'T show up, saved if the opponent had a reason to not be active, in this case the match will be considered a tie.
In order to make the calls for the matches between the players, the call MUST be made in PROFILE comments, make sure you have profile comments TURNED ON for the duration of the tournament, if this is not respected, when the match ends up not happening, the match will be considered a WIN for the player who HAD profile comments turned on, to turn on profile comments, go to 'Edit Profile & Settings' and turn the profile comments on.

To create a Netplay session, go to the game page and scroll down the page, there will be a box with a link allowing you to make your session, click it, a new window will appear, name your session, and make sure you select sonikku's server! His server works the best, select 2 players and the amount of spectators (WARNING, if you put too much spectators the session will lag a lot).
To do the matches make sure you play on sonikku's server, since it works best.
The player who hosts the match will be player 1, if you are player 1, you host the Netplay session.
The game must be played with these settings: Round 1, Friction 32.

D-PAD left and right: Spins the shot aim clockwise and counter-clockwise.
D-PAD up and down: Move the shot aim farther or closer.
A, B: Make the shot
To determine power: The power meter moves automatically, to use the amount of power desired, wait until the power meter lights red until the amount of power you want to use on the shot.
You will have 3 shots to pocket 1 ball, failure to do so or pocketing your own ball will make you lose one ball, or as you all know, a 'life'.
The more balls you pocket in a row of shots, the higher the rate, the higher the rate, the more points you earn, if balls are pocketed at ONCE, the higher the points AND rate.
The amount of points you'll receive per ball can be determined by the number on the ball, being ball 1 earning 10 points, and 7 70 points (not including the rate).
The player who pockets the last ball on the round will earns an extra ball.
If a player manages to pocket ALL the balls WITHOUT missing a single will earn them a PERFECT!, which will greatly increase the points earned on the round, greatly increase the rate and EARN 2 extra balls instead of 1!

I'm doing this to prevent inactive people from getting a win without doing nothing, wasting 10 seconds to make a single post won't hurt anybody.

 true that  we got time to reviews so we got time to make some little post . anyways  i ll just wait until round 5 happens  i ll just play some fighting games or continue my mario kart match.. and sorry megamanmanic  it must bite that he cant run the plugin

There are a lot of tied people and the semi-finals are close, and I don't want to have inactive people on it, I'll probably end up disqualifying the inactive people.

Seishiro Leonhart : it was just a suggestion. but that might be good if you dq the inactive people. otherwise it would not be fair for anyone because inactive people were in a higher rank . than the people who actually did their matches.

SuperCrash64 : You're right, I guess that for now I can DQ those who didn't have a single match until now.

cdbnd26 still needs to post if he wants to claim his victory against the noobster . users in the competetion should not really sign up if there not gonna compete. they obviously lack the point of this great competetion . i say to them for not competeing thats just a waste of time . those users should have not  signed up if there not gonna compete.

I created this tournament with the intention to kill my boredom and do something interesting.
