I miss it when Busta Rhymes was new and fresh,

He was funky and new and the fish eye lens effect refreshing and made it look like he was moving faster then he was.

He was a good dancer, had a crazy sense of dance and flip mode ruled.

He did an excellent duet with Ol' Dirty and it was a perfect match.

ODB RIP.

Anyway, I don't like modern fake gangsters.

and wish to rejoyce in the originality of Busta Rhymes.

He was amazing and now appears to bloated, corporate and sold out.

What a waste of that talent.

Busta Rhymes lost himself. He was really great before.

But, with new rappers like Classified and Mackelmore, I guess there's more talent to the side rather to the front.

The very first grammy awarded for the "rap" category was DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince's (Will Smith and "jazz") "Parent's Just Don't Understand" Check it out.

Can you believe it?! The lyrics were actually interesting, and you could understand what was being said without a million F bombs. Though the song is so lame, I'd rather it than most stuff now. In general I really don't like rap though.

But like Brigand said: some kids in 30 years from now will be saying how awesome 50 Cent is, and how much their music sucks.

Honestly, I hated a lot of rap music, still don't really like it that much. However, there are a few rappers that I believe do it right such as Busta Rhymes, Hopsin, Tech N9ne and Yellawolf. But I don't listen to them regularly anymore, I use to listen to Tech N9ne like everyday lol
