They have announced that they are going to make a remake of Final Fantasy X. It is only going to be on the PS3 and PS Vita. This is my friend's favorite game and he is so upset that it is not releasing on Xbox 360. I didn't enjoy it, but I might give it another chance at playing it. What do you think about this game?

They have said that it is more of a remastered game than a remake. There is a video on YouTube the graphic difference. It is a lot different.

They have announced some amazing news.  One is that Final Fantasy X-2 will be included in the Final Fantasy X remake game. As for the PS Vita, it will be sold separately. Second, both the games are going to be the International edition, which means more to do and more characters to use. This is getting better and better.  I am most likely going to get this. Although, no release date has been announced yet.

I enjoyed Final Fantasy X on PS2.  It was a great story, the controls were pretty good and the level development was creative.  Even the mini games were a lot of fun.

Saying that, any kind of re-release or re-mastering should be done when there are a few consoles between the two games.  Redoing Final Fantasy X is just a way of grabbing more money and not doing so much development as to make a few game.  I understand if it is a classic game from *maybe* PS1.  I have several Final Fantasies and Chrono Trigger from SNES for my PS2.  That makes sense because they don't that tech any more.  

But just redoing a game to upgun the graphics and sound?  I'll pass.  I'll play the original since it's downstairs and still works just fine.
