Oh sorry. Since you aren't a trusted member you can only make layouts using the basic layout creator. They generally don't look as good as the advanced ones, but you can still make good ones. Go to edit profile and settings then the edit layout page. I hope I helped!

You can get there the same way that you get to the "edit layout" thing, except that when you are there, you click on Purchase/Buy layouts thing. There are also some layout shops in the vizzed market, where you can get people to make you personalized layouts. Hope I helped!
