Can anyone tell me what the item shop does and how to use it wisely. One more thing, Why do you have a health bar with your name, if anyone could help that would be great!

Right now the only useful thing to buy in the item are are accessories. The weapons and armor are going to be used for the battle arena but that is going to come in a few months. Right now the weapons are just to brag. If you don't know if you should buy something you can ask me.

Well, the item shop has many uses, but only one that can currently be used.  The Accessory shop has many items with special features, such as the laptop, which allows you to play all games for free.  Each item does something different, so you have to read their descriptions to see what they do.

The other part of the shop is for battle items.  These will increase your account stats, like health, attack, and defense.  Every user has these stats because in the future, there will be a battle arena where users of the board can battle each other.  Right now, these items won't do anything other than increasing your stats.

Finally, that might or might not have answered your question about the 'health bar'.  If you mean the bar under your name, on the left side of the post, that's not a health bar.    That shows your experience gain, and how close you are to reaching the next forum level.  Forum levels increase the stats mentioned above.
