I just tried to play Metroid 2 and the Java applet failed to load. Is there anything I can do about this, and is there any way I can get my Viz back? I believe that game was priced at 35 Viz.

Well the game does work, so we can't refund you for buying a game that does work.

Do you have a Mac? Do you have the latest version of Java?

Best thing to do is to sell the game, you should get 22 Viz back for selling it.

Well, I'm on my parent's computer right now so I can't do anything about updating the Java. I'll try on my computer with updated Java if I ever get a new monitor...
