In Boy Scouts of America, the slogan is do a good turn daily.  At first, I didn't think much of it, now its almost subconscious I always try to do one good thing a day.  My challenge is for you to do the same and post the good deed you did below.  Hopefully you'll get that addictive good feeling about yourself and do this more often.

No one has posted here; I don't know why. This is a good idea.

Does not slapping the bosses' daughter for being a selfish little brat count? Probably not.

But I did drop off a load of used books at the Women's Shelter today. Giving up old books is hard for me, but I've read them...and if it makes one of those poor ladies' days brighter, then it's worth it. Everything gives them food and clothing, but no one thinks of the small but important things like books and silly socks and all the touches that make your life feel normal.

One of my friends suffered the loss of his mother today. So, I took him out to eat and just hung around today to do what I could to make him feel a bit better and let him know that his best friend is here for him.
