Here's my five 
5.ho-oh mainly because it has no creativity
4.mewtwo it pretty much the same as mew it just adds two
3.mew once again it practically the same as mewtwo
2.a tie between dragonite and pidgiotto dragonite because no creativity because its name has dragon in it which is a type pidgiotto because its basically pidgey it just added iotto
1.meowth once again no creativity what do cats do meow
