One person joined as player 2. About 5 minutes later, he disconnected and rejoined (still player 2). Then a few minutes after that, a different person joined as "player 3". He left after a while and yet another person took his place a few minuted after he left as "player 3". But the whole time, I was playing against the first person who had joined.

I'm excited to get my next game in ASAP after such an epic victory in Round 1. I had some nice wins in Exhibition matches vs some other people after that as well.

My opponent tried to set up a date a week out (1/21) and I'm afraid that I might be effected in this tournament due to my opponents availability time. We have PM'd twice now. If he (or she) cant make it by the 3 day deadline and I can......then can we put that as forfeiting? because I dont think I should lose points due to something that has nothing to do with me. Let's talk it out, I'm just curious.

Crazy Li : I would've thought adding netplay to N64, SNES, NES and Genesis would've made the site super popular but they don't get nearly as many people netplaying them as I thought. MAME netplay is out of my budget at the moment and I'm not sure if it'd be worth investing into, plus I sorta wanted to slowly end RGR Plugin development and start investing money into other stuff since the plugin has been such a money pit. Maybe in the distant future I'll see about getting netplay added to MAME if my budget allows it.

I sent a PM to opponent around 2-3pm today. Got PM back from him just 30 minutes or so ago. I replied within 4 minutes of his PM saying I was setting up the game now. He never came. I checked his profile page for about 10-15 minutes and said he was still online till finally it switched to him being offline.

I don't want a tie. I think I responded fast enough to get a game going. I'm hoping he PMs me back tomorrow before the deadline to get this game done.

Still no word from my opponent and we've got less than 24 hours to do the match.

It's kinda disappointing I didn't want to have any forfeit matches. I don't have very good chances of winning at this game, and with one less opponent to actually face, that even further less my chances of getting a real win :/

thats when I tried to start my match.

then, immediately afterwards, the sonikku server was extremely laggy so we quit the session and started again in united states server, which ran much more smoothly.

anyways, I beat whammies 28-16.
