Appendix removed? That must of hurt... how long you were under? When I had surgery on my neck because a poisonous got to me, I was asleep for 17 minutes, and in surgery for 15. This was when I was 10... I am surprised I still remember that information.

alexanyways : Definitely not. The appendix is VERY small, much smaller than I thought. I think mine was about the size of an adult's ear. Also, the world has yet to find what it is used for. My science teacher says it might've been for helping digest raw meat a long time ago, and now our bodies have grown used to it(?). Like the pinkie toe. The teacher says that they used the pinkie toe to balance better when they didn't wear shoes. Anyways, the appendix can get aggrivated, and you feel pain. The bad part is when it bursts. If it bursts, you feel excruciating pain and bacteria comes out of the appendix, and may infect many parts of you. Luckily, I had mine removed before that happened. Long story short, i dont feel any different.
